There may be number of causes for this problem, main reasons are unhealthy and irregular eating, lack of exercise and some time hormonal imbalance may be a cause for over weighting. Over weighting can cause many diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, gout, and heart diseases.
There are various ideas for overcoming this problem, some of them are:
• Water is very helpful for loosing weight, take around 8 to 10 glass water daily because it flushes out all unwanted toxins and
wastage material.
• Walking is another effective way for reducing weight. A person should walk 30 to 45 minute daily for being healthy, it reduces extra
calories of our body.
• Use more vegetables in your meal including broccoli, lauki, palak, methi, cabbage, beet, carrots, and tomatoes. You can take
these vegetables in form of salad.
• Regular exercise is also recommended for losing weight, exercise reduces extra calories and fat of our body.
• Diet should be well maintained avoid those foods, which have more fat and sugar.
• Control your habits of wrong and irregular eating.
• Avoid those foods, which have more carbohydrate like rice and potato.
• Avoid excess intake of alcohol, sweets ,candy and other high calorie foods.
• Do not watch TV for a long time go for a walk after an hour.
