Blue Cohosh is very useful for regulating menstrual flow. This herb is also used at the time of child birth for reducing pain and difficulties. This herb is also not good for pregnant lady and it should be taken carefully because it can cause poison if taken in a large amount.

Habitat:
This herb is tremendously growing in southern Canada, as far south as the Carolinas, and as far west as Missouri. This planet can irritate skin, only root of this planet is used in medicines. Best conditions for this planet are deep, loamy, moist woodlands.
