Careness of beauty is very important for being beautiful and attractive. Here is the some tips for skin care, hair care, body care, eye care, and nail care.
1) Skin care:
Skin care is very important because it is very sensitive part of our body. There are three types of skin including normal skin, oily skin, and dry skin.
Normal skin:
Normal skin is not too oily and not too dry. This type of skin is not very sensitive to wind, cold and sunlight. This is the best type of skin and do not have problems of acne, lines or open pores. It can have some problem when it is neglected.
Oily skin:
Most of peoples have oily skin, this type of skin produces more oil by sebaceous glands. Avoid oily food, starches and sugar in the case of oily skin. This skin requires more careness than other type of skin. Person should use mild exfoliates at the time of bathing and remove whole makeup before going to bed.
Dry skin:
Dry skin is naturally dry needs regular moisturizing for being some oily and attractive.
Sensitive skin:
Sensitive skin behaves especially quickly and adversely in the sudden change of temperature and atmosphere. Cosmetics are not suitable for this type of skin and can cause allergy.

Hair care is very important because hairs have a very crucial role in the beauty of person. There are two types of hair oily hair and dry hair.
Oily hair:
This type of hair are very good looking but more sensitive by atmospheric pollution. This type of hair needs regular washing by conditioner. Oily hairs must be covered in sunlight. Person should take a well balanced diet for caring oily hair.
Dry hair:
Dry hairs does not looks nice and needs more care. This type of hair affected by atmosphere. These hair needs regular shampoo.

Nails are also needs care for preventing chip, crack and discolor. Nails are made by protein and increases around 1 mm every day. Nails required vitamin B and C for being beautiful and healthy. Balanced diet and sunshine is also required for healthy nails.
