Obesity

About:
Obesity is a disease in which weight of patient is more than 20% as per BMI( body mass index). In this condition there are many chance of diabetes and hypertension.

Symptoms:
There is not any specific symptom in this disease.

Causes:
Major causes of obesity is over eating and high intake of calories. It may be a generic problem and social, metabolic factor, cultural, and physiological factor. Some other causes of obesity are inactive lifestyle, eating disorder, over and irregular eating, stressful mentality, insufficient sleep, smoking.

Treatment and Medicine:
Lime juice is very effective for curing obesity, take half lime and mix it one glass lukewarm water and add one spoon honey in it. Take this mixture at regular interval daily. That will give a notable improvement in obesity.

Finger millet is an excellent remedy for treating obesity. Finger millet is a natural and rich source of iron, phosphorus, calcium, Vitamin B1 and B2. Digestion of finger millet is very slow and take a long time to absorbeding carbohydrate.

Cabbage is also a ideal remedy for curing obesity. This vegetable has tartaric acid which prevents conversion of sugar and carbohydrate into fat. This is a very good remedy for loosing weight and curing obesity.

Diet:
Diet is a very effective in case of obesity add tomato, fruits, vegetables with low calorie, low fat milk and cabbage. Mostly use steam, boiled and microwave vegetables. Use less salt and avoid alcohol, dairy products, sugar, and margarine.
