Back pain is a symptom of several problems and diseases. This is the symptom of major diseases including major injury, strained muscles, slipped disc and cancer. This is a very common problem affects almost peoples some times.
Symptoms:
Back pain is an indication of a disease, it is not a disease. This pain can also effect other parts of the body like neck and limbs. This pain may be very sharp or dull and affected area is warm.
Causes:
Main causes of back pain are making an awkward position too long, overusing back muscles, bad posture, lifting heavy weight. Some other causes of back pain are slipped disc, any other fracture and inflammation. Depression and stress can caused back pain. Another cause for back pain is cancer also can cause a back pain problem.
Treatment and Medicine:
There are number of home remedies for back pain, but treatment is depend on what is the cause of back pain. A hot water bottle or ice pack applying is very effective for curing back pain and use hot water for taking bath, sit in warm water for few minutes. Stretching exercise are also successful in back pain. A massage is very effective for back pain. Massage should be done by a professional and use mustered oil for doing massage. Slices of potato may be effected for pain, place cut slices on affected area that will give you relief.
Diet:
Patient of back pain should avoid unhealthy fats, caffeine, alcohol, and tobacco. Vegetable and fruits are very good for back pain patient. Patient should use cabbage, cauliflower, and lettuce. Diet should be full of all necessary vitamins and minrals including calcium, phosphorus, vitamin d, vitamin C. Also use dairy products with fruits and vegetables. Protein and carbohydrates is also good for building up your muscles and getting energy.
