About:
Arthritis is the inflammation of joints. Mean of arthritis is athron means joint and itis inflammation, this is derived from Greek word. This disease can be found on several forms, generally it is found in osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. osteoarthritis is a joint problem in older age and rheumatoid arthritis affects joints of fingers, hips, wrist, feet and knees. This disease also affects on muscles and tendons.

Symptoms:
Major symptoms of osteoarthritis are pain and stiffness in the joints of body, which increases after doing exercise. Rheumatoid arthritis grows in several months, with major pain and stiffness. This disease affects whole body and main symptoms are anaemia, constipation, colitis, deformed hands and feet.

Causes:
Main cause of osteoarthritis structural changes in the articular category of weight bearing joints like spine and knees. Rheumatoid arthritis is the result of inflammation of synovium. Other reasons of this disease are physical and emotional stress, hormonal imbalance, infection, injury, shock and severe fight.

Treatment and Medicine:
A very effective remedy for arthritis is potato juice therapy. This is a traditional therapy used from ancient time. In this therapy cut potato in thin slices, without peeling and take these slice in water for whole night. In the morning drink this water with empty stomach. Potato juice can be used for drinking in the morning.

Juice of green vegetables such as carrot, red beet and celery is also very successful for curing this disease. Pineapple juice is also very good for arthritis, it reduces swelling and inflammation of both type of arthritis.

Take one spoon black sesame seeds and soak in a quarter cup water for whole night & take it in the morning with empty stomach, this therapy is also very successful in several joint pains.

Banana is a natural source of vitamin B6 and very effective for curing arthritis. Take only bananas in the diet for four or five days and after improvement patient should take 10 bananas daily.

Alfalfa is a very effective herb for treating arthritis. Tea of alfalfa is very beneficial. One spoon of alfalfa seeds add in one cup water and make the tea, this tea should be used three or four times in a day. This will surely give relief from joint pain.

Diet:
Diet makes a major impact for an arthritis patient, it should be planned and maintained. Fruits vegetables, salad, and two cooked vegetables are must for an arthritis patient. Patient should take raw vegetable juice thrice in a day for one week. Patient of arthritis should avoid Cauliflower, sweets, wind forming foods like cabbage, okra potatoes, spinach, broccoli and hot & spicy foods. Strong tea, chocolate, alcohol, coffee, yogurt, white sugar, cocoa should be avoided by an arthritis patient.
