Anxiety is a problem which occurs in every person's life. It is the result of emotions like anger, fear, apprehension. Some times these emotions get out of control, and disrupts our activities and may be harmful for our health.
Symptoms:
It is difficult to find out the symptoms of anxiety because symptoms of this problem may be human response. Difference between anxiety symptoms and human response is these response occurs without any stimulus. In the anxiety attack patient comes in aggression or anger suddenly and unprovoked.
Causes:
There is not a specific reason for anxiety. But some reasons may be negativity of person, work pressure, tensions, illness, academic expectations.
Treatment and Medicine:
A very effective treatment for anxiety is aromatherapy. Some other remedies for treating this problem are vitamin B, bathing at the time of attack or drinking cold water. Meditation is also very helpful in the treatment of anxiety.
Diet:
There is no specific diet chart for anxiety patient. But take healthy and nutritional food and avoid tobacco, alcohol, and caffeine.
