Ayurvedic Detoxifying Recipes





Detoxifying recepies are used for releasing toxins from our body. There are many recepies for avoiding overtoxing of our body. Detoxifying process flushes out all toxins, which are harmful for our body and increases the energy and digestion level of body.
For making detoxifying spices mixture use1 part turmeric, 2 parts ground cumin, 3 parts ground coriander, and 4 parts ground fennel. Mix all these materials and store it in a dry jar. This mixture can be used in various food items. Use this mixture in vegetables, that will give positive result in detoxifying process.

Detoxifying Tea
For making detoxifying tea take two quarter of water, ¼ spoon whole cumin, ½ spoon whole coriander and ½ spoon whole fennel. Boil this mixture for 10 minutes and than strain out all spices and take this water several times in a day. Use this tea daily for 45 days. This will be very effective for detoxifying your body.

Patient should we aware about his diet during detoxifying process. Patient should use sweet juicy fruits and leafy green vegetables. Use more spices in diet like ginger, turmeric, fennel and coriander. These spices helps in detoxifying your body. Patient should avoid processed, packaged, canned and frozen foods.

Detoxifying Soup
Detoxifying soup is made by using bitter gourd and many other vegetables including carrots, celery, spinach and basil.
For making detoxifying soup take 500 gm bitter gourd, 1liter water, 60 gm shredded carrot, 60 gm chopped celery, 125 gm chopped dark greens, 2 thiny sliced ginger, 1 spoon cumin seeds, 8 black peppercorns, ¼ spoon turmeric, and salt as per your requirement. Take all these material in a pot and boil it for around 90 minutes. After that remove the pot from heat and strain out all solid material and use this soup daily.
